If you are looking for a pocket calculator you may be interested in the Casio SL-310UC model. It is the little sister of the Casio MS-20UC desktop calculator. It has a similar design, but is much, much smaller, lighter, and more portable. It even comes with a white sleeve to protect it.

It is a very cute model … you can not say otherwise. The one we’ve tested is colored completely green, but there are many options available. You just have to be careful with certain colors: they cost more in some online stores.
The calculator has a solar panel on top, then a pretty beautiful display with 10 digits (they look perfect) and then we have all the keys rounded and of the same color on the bottom (only C and AC have a green color a bit stronger).
The keys are completely flat, so they look nothing like the typical curved calculator keys found on other models like the Casio MS-80VERII desktop calculator (similar to computer keyboards of yesteryear). The keys offer good keystrokes when entering operations.
The calculator comes with a white sleeve that offers a glued strip on one side to place the calculator on. Hold on well for now, we’ll see over time. On the right side it has a small flap to put notes.
Rear? A single screw that allows us to remove the cover and access the battery change.

Well, the truth is that to be so small you have a few interesting functions:

The truth is that a more detailed explanation of the operation is missing in the manual, which is very short. Ok, everything is quite simple, it is not a scientific calculator, but an explanation with more words and more photos would be ideal (they have this on their official page).
Eye! At the end of the manual there is a table where Casio tells us a few examples of use. It shows us all the operations that can be carried out and all the keys that we have to press. It’s concise, but pretty self explanatory if we take a good look at it. That said, it would lack a few more graphics and a little more explanation.

Yes. If you want a pocket calculator, this model is one of the most popular in the world. Its bright colors and good workmanship are its main assets. It is a very cheap calculator, it has a solar panel and is easy to use. It comes with a white case.
Casio offers quite a few pocket calculators, but this one is very good value for money and is a breeze of fresh air with its colors and rounded design.
